Refund policy

Plants are a perishable item and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please choose your purchase carefully.

For all other products, if you change your mind within 7 days, we will provide a credit note/exchange for the product if it is returned in its original condition. No refunds.

With delivery of all of our products, the Indoor Plant Shed uses our own driver to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition. Should there be an issue we must be notified within 24 hours of acceptance of products in writing (with photographic evidence) of any evident defect/damage, shortage, or failure to comply with the description or quote.

The customer is deemed to have accepted the Goods are not faulty, if the Indoor Plant Shed hasn’t been advised in writing of any matter within 24 hours of delivery. Charges for delivery are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The value of an item is determined by the amount paid and listed on your invoice/receipt. If you are exchanging for a completely different item, the value of the new item is determined by the listed price at the time your exchange is processed. We cannot apply discounts from past sales/promotions.
